A special meeting of the Pittsford Area Schools Board of Education was held with Robert Clarke, Pete Wines, Denese Belson, Mike Fowler, Dave Billington, and Craig Armstrong being present. Cindy Fenton was absent.

Mr. Shaw, Superintendent and Elementary Principal was present from the administrative staff.

President Robert Clarke called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.

Mr. Clarke asked the Board of Education and audience to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance.

A motion was made by Robert Clarke and seconded by Mike Fowler to reject all remodeling bids and start a new bidding process of the 1939 building as a whole project. The motion carried (unanimous).

A motion was made by Dave Billington and seconded by Craig Armstrong to purchase a walk-in cooler from HPS (Hospital Purchasing Services) not to exceed $10,000. The motion carried (unanimous).

A motion was made by Dave Billington and seconded by Craig Armstrong to purchase 12 Promethean Boards for $70,161 contingent on state approval. The motion carried (unanimous).

A motion was made by Mike Fowler and seconded by Pete Wines to adjourn the meeting at 7:28 p.m. The motion carried (unanimous).
