Pittsford  Sept the 11th 1862
Meeting called to order by the moderator  moved and carried that Philo Silvernail act as Director for the term of three years.  Moved that O. Skuse act as asesser to fill vacancy.  Moved and carried that three dollars shall be paid ZG Patterson for his serviseds acting as Director in the year 1861.  And also ten ct for money paid out by him and not recd from Treasurer.  Moved and carried that eight dollars be paid to VP Whitbeck for under pinning schoolhouse.  Moved and carried that fifteen dollars be raised to paint Schoolhouse.  Moved and carried that three dollars be raised for other incidental repairs.  Moved and carried that the far door private apartment be repaired.  Moved and carried that it be let by the job to the lowest bid.  Bidoff by Z.J. Patterson for one dollars.  Moved and carried that eight cd of wood be furnished by the lowest bidder.  Said wood is to be twenty in long and to consist of either or all beech maple iron wood hickory and to be delivered by the first day of January 1863.  Bid off by R. Whitbeck at 37 ct per cord.  Moved and carried that the school be taught by a female.

Meeting called to order by the Moderator Moved and carried that J.M Crncross serve as moderator for the term of three years.  Moved and carried that the outside of the school house be repaired by putting on 300 ft of seasoned siden and to be repaired with the old where it is most needed.  And two coats of paint to be put on the red to consist of equal parts of red lead airel varnecian and to be trimed with white two coats and all to be done in a good workman like manner and to be completed by the first of Nov /63.  Moved and carried that it be let to the lowest bidder.  Bid off by C.A. Whitbeck for twenty three dols.
Moved and carried that the wood be got by the lowest bider.  The wood to consist of either or beach maple ironwood or hickory.  Bid off by Peter Whitbeck at 70 ct per cord the amt of wood which is ten cord to be delivered by the first day of Dec 63 and to be measured by one of the officers.  Moved and carried that the wood be paid for by rate-fill.  Moved and carried that two dollars and fifty three ct be paid to R. Whitbeck for rearage on wood.  Moved and carried that there will be paid to the director for his services.  Moved and carried that the school be taught by a female.

Meeting convened pursuant to notice it was called to order by the moderator.
Voted that Charles Bush serve as Director for the next three years succeeding this election.  Moved and carried that the preceding bote be recinded.  Voted that Shos Bush serve as director for the ensuing year.  Voted that William Devoy serve as assessor for the term of three years.  Voted that the wood for the ensuing year be let to the lowest bidder and paid for by rate bill.  Carried over...brought over
Voted and carried to have ten cords of two feet wood to be delivered by the first day of Dec 1864 to be all hard wood let to John L. Munson at one dollar per cord.
Voted to have a new stove voted to raise twelve dollars to pay for the stove.  Voted to have a privy built four feet wide and eight long to be shingled and covered with good sound white ash boards to be put on perpendicular and battened with white ash to be six feet high, the boards not to be over one foot wide.  Voted that it be let to the lowest bidder  let to John A. Corncross.  Voted to raise five dollars for incidental expenses.  Voted to raise ten dollars to pay for building the privy.  Voted that any scholar coming from out the district pay one dollar at the commencement.  Meeding adjourned
